Eligibility for Refund

- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
- The product does not match the description on our website
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Change of mind after purchase (buyer's remorse)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide photos of any damaged or defective products.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Replacements
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. If a replacement is available and you prefer it, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard refund policy applies.
