Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.

Signature Requirement

For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package is received by an authorized adult (21+). If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or pickup.
